  • Developed digital compliance training materials covering topics including sexual harassment, risk management, and code of conduct.

  • Served as a strategic consultant with senior and executive leadership on enhancing learning strategies, leveraging web-based resources, multimedia technologies, and instructional applications to improve knowledge retention.

  • Incorporated gamification into the training curriculum, leading to a 23.34% improvement in KPIs for proper ticket documentation and procedures.

  • Assisted training associates in mastering technology tools and methods, including design software and effective media usage.

  • Created eLearning modules for new hire training, focusing on SaaS applications, call center customer service, software, and procedures, and delivered training to Service Desk Techs.

  • Analyzed training feedback data and generated reports for business stakeholders to ensure course effectiveness and alignment with learner needs.

  • Designed high-level PowerPoint slides, instructional materials, and scripts/videos for courses.
