Company: Young Living Essential Oils (YL)
Brief: The company introduced several new tools mandating employee adoption. However, the rapid introduction of these tools led to reluctance among employees, compounded by their existing concerns about swiftly learning another tool. Additionally, there was a common issue where employees remained unaware of the launches for these new tools.
Learning Solution: Promotional video

The Solution
A promotional video was developed to inform employees about the introduction of a process management tool named Promapp. The objective was to raise awareness about the company's implementation, providing a clear and easily understandable overview of its capabilities to generate enthusiasm and prompt immediate usage.

Collaborating with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT Architecture, my focus was on simplifying the script to ensure comprehension for the average employee, particularly those who may not be tech-savvy.

The Result
Achieved an impressive 58% adoption rate in the first month, surpassing the adoption rates of previous launches, often more than twice the historical average.

Among the adoptees, a notable 72% expressed increased confidence in understanding the tool's utility and its helpfulness in their daily processes.
